About me

With a background in professional rugby I have been in the sport and training industry for over 10 years. I apply the knowledge I have gained through my own experience of using sound principles and great technical methods to offer my clients the best possible route to achieve their goals. I enjoy helping people get active and achieve their fitness goals no matter what their objectives are.

I provide bespoke advice and support to each individual client to ensure they reach their targets in a fun but challenging environment. I work with clients from all walks of life – from hockey players to business owners, gym novices to experienced gym goers.

Personal Training

If you are aiming to build muscle, lose body fat, get stronger, improve sporting performance or maybe just be a fitter you then personal training is the way forward. You will be given full guidance with what to do outside of our sessions, your nutrition will be taken care and you will have constant support so that you can push on to the next level. This is for anyone who is serious about making long term changes and is determined to put in the grind to achieve it.

Nutrition

You may be aware that what you eat plays a big part in achieving your training goals but it also Important in maintaining energy and spark throughout your working day. With this in mind all clients can expect to be given an individual nutrition plan to maximise their potential. Being aware of what you eat and making the right food choices is an important aspect of making long lasting changes.

Group Training

Do you work well in a team? Enjoy group challenges? Group and doubles training is a way of pushing yourself to achieve your goals in a team environment where everybody encourages each other to succeed. This is not a generic boot camp or circuit class. This is a course for people to build strength and fitness in a challenging fun and friendly environment.

Sports specific

If you are working towards a competition, coming back from an injury, or trying to raise your game to the next level then I can help. Coming from a background of professional sports and still playing semi-professionally I have a very good understanding of how to train correctly. With specific programming based on improving performance we can work on your strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, fitness and injury prevention.
